Korel Thermal Resort Clinic & SPA
Korel Thermal Resort Clinic & SPA Hotel opened its doors on 16 September 2006, with its official opening held on 9 December 2006. Located at the intersection of Ankara, İzmir, İstanbul and Antalya, it is 13 km from Afyon city centre. The nearest airport, Kütahya Zafer Airport, is 45 km away. The hotel has 329 rooms with a total capacity of 1,000 beds, offered in 9 room types: Standard, President Suite (540 m²), King, Large, Junior, Corner, Terrace, Connection and Accessible rooms. All rooms feature central air conditioning, a hairdryer, telephone, minibar, satellite TV and a safe. Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and throughout the facility.
The hotel has 2 outdoor and 4 indoor swimming pools, as well as 4 Thermal Pools and 8 Private Family Baths (VIP, Standard and Sauna) for thermal cures. In the SPA section, expert hands perform massage, mud baths, herbal baths, skin care, hairdressing, body care, an Ozone cabin and slimming cures. Our Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation centre is staffed by 2 Specialist Doctors and Physiotherapists/Nurses. Miraculous treatments are applied through the magical power of nature's miracle, thermal water. At the Physical Therapy Centre, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and hydrotherapy treatments are carried out by expert teams. With the isokinetic exercise system, weak muscle areas are identified by computer and treated accordingly. The special "Spinal Decompression" traction device reduces nerve pressure in lumbar and cervical hernias by separating the vertebrae. Our clinic is affiliated with SGK (SSK, Bağ-Kur, Retirement Fund). The huge Health Complex, made up of the SPA and Clinic, is built on a total area of 4,000 m². Activities rarely found at thermal facilities - day and night Animation Shows, Live Music every evening at Orient Cafe, billiards, table tennis, bowling, internet cafe, gym, vitamin bar, country house, kids club, arcade, shops, water slides, kids' pools, Ottoman coffee, Lobby Bar, 5 O'Clock Tea, Library and game room - are designed to help guests make the most of their free time.
